* ALL DIGITAL ASSETS, DESIGNS, AND TEMPLATES ARE FOR FOR NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY AND CAN NOT BE RESOLD. IF HOSTESSY DISCOVERS ANY TEMPLATE IS BRING RESOLD WITHOUT OUR WRITTEN APPROVAL ON ANY OTHER PLATFORM LIKE ETSY - WE WILL SEEK DAMAGES OF $25,000 - BY PURCHASING YOU AGREE TO THIS TERM

*All designs and templates are for personal use only and are prohibited to RESOLD or redistributed on any platform (Example: ETSY). We reserve the right to seek damages for unauthorized distribution of Hostessy Inc digital designs for the forecasted lifetime value.

The “Hostessy” name and logo are trademarks and service marks of Hostessy (collectively the future/pending “HostessyTrademarks”). Other company, product, and service names and logos used and displayed via the Service may be trademarks or service marks of their respective owners who may or may not endorse or be affiliated with or connected to Hostessy. Nothing in these Terms or the Service should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any of Hostessy Trademarks displayed on the Service, without our prior written permission in each instance. All goodwill generated from the use of Hostessy Trademarks will inure to our exclusive benefit.

The Hostessy Site contains or uses copyrighted material, inventions, know how, potentially patentable business method material, design logos, phrases, names, logos, HTML code and/or other computer code and/or scripts (collectively, "Intellectual Property Content"), all of which, unless otherwise indicated and/or provided pursuant to a third party license, are our sole property, and We retain all appurtenant rights, interests and title thereto. We also claim ownership rights under the copyright and trademark laws with regard to the "look", "feel", "appearance" and "graphic function" of this Site, including but not limited to its color combinations, sounds, layouts and designs. You agree and acknowledge that your use of this Site does not confer upon you any license or permission to use our (or any third party's) Intellectual Property Content. You shall not utilize the Marks or any similar marks in any manner that would diminish their value or harm their reputation. You shall not use or register any domain name, trademark or service mark that is identical to or similar to any of the Marks.

Third party material: Under no circumstances will Hostessy be liable in any way for any content posted by third-parties or at the direction of users, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted via the Service. You acknowledge that Hostessy does not pre-screen content, but that Hostessy and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any content that is available via the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, Hostessy and its designees shall have the right to remove any content that violates the Terms or is deemed by Hostessy, in its sole discretion, to be otherwise objectionable.
